Delivery Time and Fees
Shipping times vary based on destination. You should see a carrier delivery estimate at checkout. Delivery times are based on courier estimates and are not guaranteed. Please add 2 days business days for any orders placed after Friday, 11AM Eastern Time.
We ship to all 50 states.
Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification.
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
All orders shipped come with package insurance.
All of our arrangements are custom produced and made to order. Therefore, our products may NOT be returned or exchanged unless it was damaged in transit or we have shipped you the wrong item in error. If the latter, we ask you to return the product in its original packaging.
Please contact us to initiate your return within 2 days of delivery.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of a return we will email you a prepaid return label. Print out the label and drop off the return package at any the carrier location.
We will send out the original item within 48 hours, based on the availability of your items.
Contact email@example.com. Please send us pictures of the damaged product.
We will follow up with the carrier claim. Once evaluated and if approved, it will take up to 48 hours to send out a replacement. Please note the arrangement will be replaced with the exact same one as purchase.
If a refund has been authorized, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used. You should expect to receive your refund within 72 hours once we have received the package. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the original shipping cost.
We accept order cancellation up to 1 hour after an order was placed on our website by replying to the order confirmation you have received.
